Are you fluent in Welsh and passionate about teaching and supporting students? We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant team full time at Pathways Learning, Mold.
About the Role:
- Support classroom teaching in both English and Welsh, assisting with lesson delivery and student engagement.
- Work one-to-one or with small groups to provide extra help where needed.
- Help create a warm, inclusive, and supportive environment for all learners.
- Contribute to lesson preparation, classroom organisation, and student progress tracking.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in Welsh and English (spoken and written).
- Experience working with young learners or in an educational setting.
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and patient – with a genuine interest in helping students succeed.
- A flexible team player with excellent communication skills.
