Online Tuition FAQs
What do I need to be able to do online tuition?
You only need access to a device (computer, smart phone or ipad) with a microphone and camera.
Is it hard to set up?
No it really is as easy as clicking a link and following the on screen messages to download. We can talk you through any part of it should you need further support!
Do I need a Zoom account?
No. You don’t need to create an account. The link means that you will be invited to join a Zoom ‘meeting’ as a guest.
Are there any additional costs?
No. There are no additional costs for online tuition.

There is no need to pay for an account for Zoom.
Do I have to be a whizz at technology?
Absolutely not. The process is simple and we are always happy to talk you through it. Once online, sessions are the same as they would be if we were sitting next to you.
